Mailboxconnection reserves the right at its discretion to change the terms of this agreement and will notify users of any such changes by on-line postings.

You’re Account:

If you order from the Mailboxconnection website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information. You are also responsible for restricting access to your computer and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and or password. Mailboxconnection reserves the right to terminate accounts or refuse orders at its sole discretion and hold liable.

Prices:

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Mailboxconnection makes every effort to ensure that its prices are up-to-date and accurate. Nonetheless, any pricing information on this site is subject to change without notice. By placing an order to purchase a product, you agree to pay the purchase price set forth on the Mailboxconnections website. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or programming error, Mailboxconnection has the right to cancel any order listed at an incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, mailboxconnection.com will promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount charged to your credit card.

Payment:

Payment must be enclosed with orders from new customers and with custom orders. If a minimum 50% deposit is received on an order (custom orders require full payment in advance), the balance of the order will be delivered C.O.D. (certified funds). Purchase orders are accepted from institutions, government agencies and companies with a satisfactory Dun and Bradstreet rating. All credit orders are due 30 days from date of invoice (net 30) and allow 5 days for mailing in this time allotment. All major credit cards accepted.

Installation:

Most products are shipped assembled and ready for installation. Framing materials, concrete and fasteners shall be furnished by the contractor. When products are for U.S.P.S. access, consult with your local postal authorities regarding local approval and current installation requirements. Mailboxconnection does provide installation and design consultation on a local basis.

Estimates:

Individual quotations are valid for Thirty (15) days. Mailboxconnection reserves the right to alter a quotation at any time and for any reason. Mailboxconnection also reserves the right to decline an order, in whole or in part, for any reason.

Warranty:

Mailboxconnection provides a one (1) year limited warranty to the original purchaser covering defects in material and workmanship if reported in writing to Mailboxconnection within one (1) year of the delivery date. This warranty is limited to the cost of the products and does not include installation costs, transportation neglect or costs, misuse or alterations by the customer.  Mailboxconnection, at its option, may replace or repair defective products. Returned goods will not be accepted without authorization from Mailboxconnection.
