Shipping

Shipping:

All prices are F.O.B. (Freight on Board) factory. Freight charges will be prepaid. If shipment will be delayed, for any reason, an estimated time will be given at time of order. Large and/or custom orders vary in shipping times. Specific shipping dates cannot be guaranteed. Products are generally shipped via UPS, U.S. Mail, FedEx, or motor freight. Expedited deliveries are available. Rates are dependent upon weight, size, destination and products ordered – call for freight charge quotation. Freight delivery is curbside. When delivered to the transportation company, shipments become the property of the purchaser. Before acceptance, the extent of any damage should be noted on the bill of lading and not signed for. Freight Damage/Missing Parts

Please notify us immediately of freight damage or missing parts/products when you receive your shipment. Most of our shipping carriers require you to keep all of the original packaging for ten days so that they can inspect the damage. We will manage all freight claims for merchandise we ship in order to send you a replacement as soon as possible. If you fail to notify us within three business days of receiving the damaged merchandise (or let us know if parts are missing) we retain the right to refuse the claim.

Returned Goods:          

Returned goods will not be accepted without prior approval from Mailboxconnection personnel. All returned goods must be shipped by the same method of delivery and prepaid to (The) Assigned location. Products must be returned in their original shipping packaging within fifteen (15) days of receipt and can be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Custom orders and orders with options cannot be canceled and will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund. All deliveries should be checked upon arrival for damage. If damage has occurred from shipping, damage must be reported within Three (3) days from arrival. If the item must be repaired by Manufacturer, then the item must be shipped back to Manufacturer by the same method of delivery with the same original packaging and will be paid and handled by Mailboxconnection.

Canceled Custom or Special Goods:

Canceled goods that are standard with no *special or *custom additions can be canceled at any time prior to shipment. Once shipped, then refer to the Returned Goods section. Product that has *special or *custom work cannot be canceled without prior approval from Mailboxconnection personnel. All *special or *custom goods can be canceled before the product is made with no charge. If the *special or *custom product has been made, then a 25% restocking charge will apply.

*Special or *custom: Includes the following;

  1. Orders over a quantity of 5.
  2. Custom Racks and T-posts.
  3. Arrow Locks (Postal Lock).
  4. Dimension changes or adjustments.
  5. Special holes or welding.
  6. Special powder coating color.
  7. Altered from original Specs.
  8. Combination Locks.
  9. Upgraded Materials.
